New York City Relief is a nonprofit connecting people who are hurting and homeless to resources they need to survive, and the hope they need to try. Through mobile outreaches, NYC Relief sets up a welcoming atmosphere for individuals dealing with poverty and homelessness to get what they need to survive the day. Through one-on-one meetings, they are able to create an individualized plan that can lead towards life transformation.
