Do For One is a nonprofit that fosters community life through intentional relationship building by matching persons with developmental disabilities (“partner”) with persons who enjoy a more socially included life (“advocate”). They are holding their 5th annual Christmas celebration virtually on Zoom, aiming to raise $25,000 by end of 2020 to sustain their ongoing programs supporting 34 one-to-one partnerships in four NYC neighborhoods, with over 100 community members.
